We are a small organization focused on providing benefit to Guatemalan women.  It is difficult for us to allow returns and refunds, so all sales are final.  We will take care to ensure all items are as advertised and shipped in a protected manner.  If you receive an item which is damaged or is otherwise unusable, we will exchange the item.
